Hemp inserts are the ultimate way to boost absorbency to cloth diapers. Thin but mighty, hemp inserts hold more liquid than a standard bamboo insert set with less bulk! 

Pro-tip: Slow to absorb but the thirstiest of inserts, it's best to place hemp inserts at the bottom of the insert stack before placing into the pocket of the diaper shell.
